I decided to use foil instead of my restaurants branded wrapping this time to avoid the confusion that was on my homemade Double Double post ๐Ÿ˜‚

Double smashed patties (80/20 chuck and short rib) topped with American cheese, grilled white onions, dill pickles, crispy smoked streaky bacon, my own recipe burger sauce, in a toasted potato bun.

I'm a sucker for a good burger sauce, and whilst I won't add to the billions of recipes found online, I will say that white wine vinegar for the tangy kick in the sauce is a must.

I always wrap burgers and set them in a hot hold (or oven set to 70C) for a few minutes to meld all the toppings and meat juices together into one big greasy, tasty mess.
